Named Irreverent Youth, this exhibition has its root in portrait-based digital collage with both known and unknown faces. The name and theme of the exhibition is meant as an homage to a new generation and its revolutionary spirit.

“Alex Wessely (Stockholm, 1989) is a successful young photographer who has spent the last couple of years shooting some of Sweden’s largest music exports (Ingrosso, Axwell, Alesso, Avicii and many more) as well as international stars such as Drake, Rihanna and Pusha-T. His clients are record labels and management, plenty of international fashion magazines as well as most Swedish magazines. Wessely’s art was recently chosen to be a part of the Absolut Art initiative. Traversing the world of art, fashion and photography, Alex’s lens finds beauty in what is not known. Classic black & white photography mixed with innovative techniques to create something unique and different.”
