The ‘BRITS’ are the British Phonographic Industry’s annual pop music awards which is the UK version of the American Grammy Awards.
The 2011 award show featured the best in British music but the nights festivities would not be complete without the stand out performances the larger than life award shows are known for. Still the only girl in the world Rihanna and the lyrically and vocally intense Adele were the Juggernauts of the nominees.
Rihanna just two days after her Grammy win for Record of the Year and Song of the Year crosses the pond to again win International Female Artist and perform a uproar of her latest hits to a enthusiastic crowd.

Adele the beautifully full figured and extraordinarily full voiced self proclaimed “heartbroken soul” captures the audiences emotions with her song “Someone Like You” which sends the singer into a whirlwind of emotions on the closing lyrics of “Sometimes it lasts in love, But sometimes it hurts instead”.
