Nick Jonas quickly returns with his third solo effort Last Year Was Complicated. After the slow success of his last album the middle Jonas Brother swoons with his R&B/Pop effort with some standout duets such as “Close” with Tove Lo and Ty Dolla $ign.
Nick spills the tea on the motivation for the new album “When I first started making I thought I knew what it would be about… Then I had a breakup. It then became very clear what this thing would be about… And that I would need to dig really deep… Shit is too real sometimes… Reliving some of these real life experiences through this music is hard.”
