Lana Del Rey premieres the video for her new single “Shades Of Cool” off her newly released album, “Ultraviolence.” Dipped in shades of blue, Lana dreamly floats around as she reminisces her love lost, love found, while looking sexier and cooler than most.
Directed by Jake Nava, the new clip also depicts LDR roaming the streets of Bel-air only to end up soaked after taking a moonlite dip at a very snazzy looking mansion.
There is no denying Lana’s alluring and trans-fixed manners, proving yet once again that sometimes something so raw and organic can manifest into a beautiful and complicated affiar. And this video clip should remind us all, that age aint nothing but a number. I wouldnt be surprised kiddas if Lana was a fan of late R&B queen, Aaliyah. After all, they have quite the same moves and grooves!
