Milo Greene is the Los Angeles-based band who have just released a super warm, sincere embraceful tune, that makes you wanna grab your favorite person by the hand and leading them to the nearest dance floor.
The band comprised of singers and songwriters Marlana Sheetz, Graham Fink and Robbie Arnett — have titled their nuevo album just that. The band got to work in Nashville with Grammy-nominated producer Bill Reynolds (Band of Horses). The freshly mint single entitled “Move” is a groovy midtempo dance melody that is like listening and looking through a kaleidoscope.
With the soul of a ’70s bass beat but early 2000 indie/rock vibe, “Move” is lush and hip-shaking, with impeccable dancefloor readiness. Now all you dance-bots get into the disco ball groove and press spin on the dial tone below!
Because we know you’re our kind of people…here are lyrics of “Move” by Milo Greene:
“Stop, don’t move
Got my eyes on the face
Of the danger in you
I want to
Be the one that can change up
The pace of the room
Live if you wanna
Die if you like
We could be the last ones
Left alive
All the other lovers wanna dance with you
But I’m the only one who makes you want to move
All the other lovers wanna dance with you
But I’m the only one who makes you want to move
I’m the only one
I’m the only one
Make me wait
And you’re haunting my sleep
So I’ll stay awake
Yeah you know I’m around
But you play like I’m already
Dirt in the ground
I can be your flight
I could be your flight
We could be the last ones left alive
All the other lovers wanna dance with you
But I’m the only one who makes you want to move
All the other lovers wanna dance with you
But I’m the only one who makes you want to move
I’m the only one
I’m the only one
Live if you wanna
Die if you like
We could be the last ones
Left alive
All the other lovers wanna dance with you
But I’m the only one who makes you want to move
[Repeat 3x]
I’m the only one
I’m the only one.”
