Welcome To Thee Club Fifth Harmony! 2015 Juggernaut Tune ‘Worth It’ Reaches 1 Billion YouTube Views!
“Fifth Harmony is worthy of recognition after the music video for their 2015 hit “Worth It,” featuring Kid Ink, surpassed 2 billion views on YouTube.
The Cameron Duddy-directed visual, which premiered at the 2015 Kids’ Choice Awards, displays female empowerment and dismantles the “boys’ club” atmosphere of an office while breaking the glass ceiling for women everywhere.
The Balkan-inspired rhythmic crossover radio hit was released as the third and final single from the group’s debut studio album Reflection. “Worth It” peaked at No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100 and became their second-highest-charting hit.
5H described the success of “Worth It” to Billboard at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards as “honestly unbelievable,” with Ally Brooke adding, “To think of how far we’ve come … it’s so incredible. We have the best fans in the world. They support us. [There’s] so much passion and love, so thank you, guys.”
Only one other video from the girl group has achieved this milestone: The 2016 clip for unintentional COVID anthem “Work From Home,” featuring Ty Dolla $ign, currently boasts 2.4 billion YouTube views.
